Users may opt-in to receiving by email the occasional CollectFair newsletters. Personal information given to CollectFair is not passed to anyone outside CollectFair for marketing or commercial purposes.
When the "Email this to a friend" service is used, the email addresses given as "Your email" and "Friend's email" are recorded. These are used to prevent abuse of the "Email this to a friend" service, and are not used for marketing or commercial purposes.
Each time a user signs-in, the time and their internet IP address are recorded. This information is used for investigation of any abuse of the CollectFair system. No marketing or commercial use is made of this information.
