POSTAGE, PACKAGING & DISPATCH: •Items sent to UK addresses go by 1st Class Recorded mail, unless otherwise indicated on the listing; items sent to non-UK addresses go by Airmail Small Packets, unless otherwise indicated. •I estimate the postal charges from the combined weight of the item and packaging and add a small charge for packaging and handling (usually between £1.00 and £3.00, depending on the size, weight and nature of the item/s in the order). •If I find that I have significantly overestimated the cost of the postage element I will refund to you the appropriate amount; if I find that I have underestimated the cost of the postage element I will bear the extra cost myself. •When posting I obtain a cash receipt which I retain as proof of postage. •Please be assured that I want your goods to reach you in the same condition as when they left me, so I take great care with packaging. •I offer a discount on the cost of P & P for multiple-item purchases, please contact me for a quote. •Goods are sent to UK addresses by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery), unless otherwise indicated. Goods are sent to addresses outside the UK by airmail only, which greatly reduces the possibility of transit damage compared to surface delivery. |
