Chinese silver box and cover
Chinese solid silver box and cover, in good original condition. Probably made in Shanghi, in 18th-19th.Century, signed to base. The box is 9cm. (3.5in) wide.
Chinese solid silver cigarette box, decorated in repousse with dragons chasing a flaming pearl. Made in Shanghai about 1880. In good condition, the box is 11cm (4.5in) wide.
Chinese mother-of pearl Gaming Counters, cut and incised in the shape of fish. Made 18th.Century, c.1760. Good condition. (Depicting pair of 'billing birds' in a circle to one side). Each counter is 5.5cm (2in) long. One repaired.
Pair of puppy dogs, on a plinth, holding a ball, decorated in a light green crackled glaze, in good condition, no chips, no cracks and no restoration. Probably made in the late 19th.Century.17cm (6.7in) high.
Watercolour framed paintings of an Emporer and Empress, painted on pith paper.c1900 in good original condition, no faults. Each 39cm x 34cm (15.5 x 13.5in)
Japanese pottery jar and cover, decorated with cloisonne (coloured enamels within copper wire enclosures) In good condition,no cracks or chips and no restoration. Probably made in the late 19th.Century.17.5cm (7in) high.
An inside painted glass snuff bottle, made late 19th./early 20th.Century signed 'MENG TZU SHOU'. Decorated with floral pattern and mountain landscape with figures and buildings to reverse.(small crack to base) The bottle has a jade stopper and is 6.5cm (2.5in) high.
A small pale celadon carved Jade censer with cover on three ball feet and two loose-ring handles. in good condition, no chips but with natural flaw. 6.5cm (2.5in) wide. (hardwood stand available)
A porcelain Chinese snuff-bottle decorated in the famille-rose palette. Red seal mark to base, made 19th.century and in good condition, no chips or cracks and no restoration. 6.5cm (2.5in) high.
A Chinese Ivory box and cover, made in the late 19th.Century and in good condition, no damage.Decorated with carved Dragon with inset eyes. 6.5cm (2.5in) wide.
18th.Century porcelain Water pot moulded and decorated in iron-red, green, yellow and black enamels with gilt highlight.Small chip to base and a very short hairline crack to mouth. The pot is 7.5cm (3in) wide at base.
